Devices on Your Network
The Webex Call app in Microsoft Teams will launch voice and video calls using the Webex app. The Webex app must be enabled for calling using either Webex Calling or Cisco Unified Communication Manager. Install both the Webex Call app with the Webex Meetings app to have access to both Cisco Calling and Meetings from Microsoft Teams. Hi, We have imported users in Webex Control Hub via Directory Connector. We have enabled Unified CM for Webex Teams. We are unable to search those contacts which status is showing as 'verified' or those users on which Webex Privileges are not assigned (Please note: Users in the ACTIVE state can be searched in contacts and we can dial their Phone numbers). If your organization is using Unified CM or Webex Calling, you can also call anyone with a phone number or answer calls from anyone calling your work number. When you make these types of calls, it's just like making a regular phone call from any other phone. Cisco Jabber and Cisco Webex are simple-to-deploy plug-ins that can be cross-launched from within Slack when you want to call someone internally or externally. With Cisco Jabber and Cisco Webex plugins, Slack users can: Call someone internal with their extension or SIP URI Call someone over PSTN.

Your administrator can configure devices on your network in various ways. You can have on-premises devices or cloud devices. These devices can appear the same and you can connect to them using ultrasound.
Connecting to Devices

Search for devices that are nearby and choose a device to connect to. For more information, see Find and Connect to Nearby Cisco Webex Devices from Cisco Webex.

Features for Connected Devices
When you connect to a device you can use it in the following ways:
Share your screen locally, you can only share audio and optimize video when you use a cloud device. For more information, see Share Content Wirelessly from Cisco Webex to Cisco Webex Devices .
Call somebody using the device and you can use the Webex app to control the device. For more information, see Webex | Call Someone from a Direct Message .
Answer a call from somebody using the device and you can use the Webex app to control the device. For more information, see Answer a Call in Cisco Webex.
Some Webex devices that you connect to may not be enabled for calling. If you try to make a call while connected to this kind of device, you'll see an error message in Webex telling you to disconnect and use another device or your app to make the call instead:

- WebRTC supports the OBTP join with Calendar Service for B2B meetings from a Cisco video endpoint that has Media Engine running. These devices support WebRTC: Cisco Webex Board, Room Devices, and DeskPro.

The simple-to-deploy client/plug-in Webex Meetings integration with Slack lets Slack users to schedule, start, or join Cisco Webex Personal Room meetings, and Cisco Webex scheduled meetings directly from Slack.
Meetings
With Cisco Webex Meetings plug-in, Slack users can:
- Start and join meetings directly in their channel
- Schedule a meeting and the meeting info card will be added to the conversation.
- Automatically get status alerts and, if your meeting has already started, see who has joined
- Preview your upcoming meetings and join from the list
- Edit a scheduled Webex meeting
- Play recordings, which are posted in the channel when ready
- See if other users are currently in a Webex meeting
